Its been almost a month since my First Session. The most profound month of my life, because life as I knew it is now completely different. I've been working with Yona for several months now and my life has completely changed for the better. I highly recommend Yona to everyone who wants Peace, and I also have gone through some Amazing Changes. I have lost over 60 pounds and I am continuing to loose weight at a very gentle rate. I am 31 and look like I did when I was 21 !!! Also my blood sugar 4 years ago was over 600 and my tryglicerides were in the 3000's. Since working with Yona my blood sugar is now around 100 and I don't need any insulin or maybe even 1 or 2 units every 4 days !!! Before I was taking 55 units of insulin 2-3 times per day.
